Our Spokesperson: Kaylin Roberson
Doggone Safe is thrilled to have recording artist Kaylin Roberson as our spokesperson. Kaylin will help to spread our safety messages and to give hope and support to dog bite victims like herself. Kaylin wants dog bite victims and other victims of life tragedies to know that they are not alone and that they can come back strong.
Kaylin was bitten in the face by a family dog when she was 9 years old. She has faced many plastic surgeries and emotional struggles to recover and follow her dreams of a career in music. A talented performer, Kaylin also writes her own songs. She has written a song called "Life Must Go On" that gives hope and inspiration to other dog bite victims.

At the age of 16, Kaylin is well on her way to fulfilling her dreams of stardom. Dreams that were almost taken away when at only 9 years old, she was viciously attacked by a dog, resulting in reconstructive facial surgery. Kaylin has somehow turned tragedy into triumph and is taking the industry by storm. From the beginning of her career, Kaylin has been a force to be reckoned with, singing a Miley Cyrus song, at only 9 years old she placed 20th in a contest with thousands of entries. The taste of success was enough to intensify Kaylin's hunger for more, her dreams within arms reach, Kaylin has been dedicated to refining and expanding her craft. Her training includes vocal coaching with Johanna Boberg and Clay Aiken, acting lessons, piano lessons and dance classes with greats such as Ade Obayomi and Gina Starbuck. Fluent in the genres of Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Lyrical dance and Acrobatics. Kaylin is a member of the company troupe, Cary Dance Productions. Kaylin's versatility has been exhibited with stage play including a role in "The Secret Garden" and starring as a "Page" in the Cinderella Production at the Raleigh Little Theatre. Proving herself more than capable in front of the camera, Kaylin surpassed the third round of the XFactor and the 2nd and 3rd rounds of NBC's America's Got Talent and The Winner Is, respectively. As a survivor, Kaylin has made it her mission to use her voice to help other children through their tragedies.
Her notable performances include singing on music row in Nashville, Tennessee where she took to the stage alongside an esteemed lineup including James Otto and Jason Michael Carroll, in support of childhood cancer awareness, donating the proceeds to the "Live4Tay" Foundation. She recently wrapped participating in the Teen Nation Tour in her home state of NC on the platform of anti-bullying that featured a roster of talented artists including JRyan of XFactor.
A true triple threat, Kaylin's talent is matched only by her hard work and ambition.
