To provide services not covered by insurance - such as trauma counselling, caregiver support, support for communication with school and peers while in hospital.
To provide resource cards to hospital emergency rooms that provide information on the need for trauma counselling, how to find a counsellor, legal rights in case of a bite by someone else's dog, and help with deciding the fate of the dog that bit.
